Members receive a Personal Training Assessment with one of our Fit Trainers. This session includes a movement screen, consultation and introduction to our facility. We also offer InBody™ composition analysis.
Fit Training offers Private, Duet and Group Sessions. Check out our class schedule for our trainer led Metabolic Classes.
Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to our training program. Mike has a Degree (BS) in Physiology Specialization -pharmacology. He has a Minor in nutrition counseling and a Minor in health communication from Ithaca College. Mike is a Certified Exercise Physiologist EP-C through American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC). Mike is a Titleist Performance Institute Certified (TPI) Level 2 Fitness and Level 2 Power Coach and a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Certified Level 2. He also holds certifications in Fundamental Capacity Screen (FCS), Functional Range Conditioning Movement Specialist (FRCms), Functional Range Assessment Certified (FRA), Certified Conditioning Coach (CCC), and Precision Nutrition Certified (PN1). *

Joe Beckert is one of our incredibly talented Personal Trainers. It is clear that he takes great care in programming each of his clients’ workouts based on their needs. The results are INCREDIBLE! His experience and personality are a winning combination. Joe makes training fun! Joe is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, USA weightlifting coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. He is certified by Titleist Performance Institute and Reflexive Performance Reset and holds a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. We know our Fit Club community cannot wait to benefit from Joe’s training!
Naomi has over 30 years experience in the fitness industry working in Aus, UK, and US. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach as well as a certified Group Fitness Instructor. Naomi is also certified to teach Zumba, Spin, TRX, Barre, Kickboxing and Strong by Zumba. Naomi loves helping people achieve their fitness goals and to feel good about themselves. She believes that a healthy, happy, and fit lifestyle needs to incorporate physical, mental, and nutritional aspects.
Personal training should be just that; Personal. As a trainer I strive to make all training programs individual to each person based off their experience and capabilities. I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge from my time as a Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach at Northeastern University and working one on one with people at the YMCA of Greater Boston for the last few years; and utilize that knowledge in every training session.
For fun I love to train and compete in Powerlifting where I hold the Connecticut State Squat Record in my division.
Currently I hold a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification along with my Bachelors of Science in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College. I constantly strive to learn more about the fitness world and have been to various continuing education courses so that I can stay on top of the current trends in fitness. This helps me provide new and useful information to everyone I work with so they can be better equipped to be the best version of themselves!
Born and raised in Poland, Monika developed a love for sports at a very young age. She played professional handball, traveling across Europe to compete. In addition to that, while in high school, she represented various teams in volleyball, skiing as well as track and field. At 19, she left Poland for Scotland to pursue management studies at the Robert Gordon University Business School in Aberdeen while continuing to play various sports.
When work brought Monika to the US, she realized that her true passion in life was connected to health & fitness industry, not to a corporate job. She wanted to help others live a happier life through active lifestyle and healthy nutrition.
While working her full-time corporate job, she interned at a sports performance training facility and ran a food blog for her friends & family. Since then Monika has been training clients of various ages, body shapes and goals, and have also established a nutrition coaching business called Power Nutrition.
Monika has been helping her clients, not just move better, but to eat better and to break the cycle of yo-yo dieting for good.
Monika is a certified Nutrition Coach (Pn1), Personal Trainer (NASM), Functional Movement Specialist (FMS 1) and a Golf Fitness Specialist (NASM).
Dylan is a young and passionate coach that focuses on helping you achieve your performance goals. Whether you’re new to training, an athlete, or find yourself at a crossroads with training, the approach he uses is tailored to your individual needs.
He is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, certified Functional Movement Specialist along with a continuous attendance of continuing education from knowledgeable coaches in the field.
Tom Hazzard is a native of Ridgefield and is so pumped to be part of the Fit Club community! A basketball and lacrosse player, Tom has always been interested in sports and fitness. Tom’s first job was in the same space at Ridgefield Fitness Club!
A graduate of Keene State University with a degree in Exercise Science he recently completed his NASM certification. He consistently strives to further his education by keeping up on all the new ideologies, training equipment, and programs of the ever growing fitness industry. Tom loves to share his passion for fitness with his clients. He specializes in strength and endurance and has experience working with athletes of all ages. Tom practices what he preaches. He is currently training for Ironman Lake Placid and the Tour of Battenkill presented by Bicycling Magazine.
